One in 3 children worldwide has no access to a school toilet. Only 3 out of 5 schools offer the opportunity to wash their hands with soap and water. 272 million school days are lost every year due to diarrhoea. 4 to 5 days per month menstruating children worldwide do not go to school due to lack of privacy and hygiene.
